Learning Space For Lease
Want to be part of the Learn2 Learning Hub? We currently have space available for suitable learning providers to establish a permanent or long term presence at Rouse Hill Town Centre, gateway to the North West Growth Corridor.
The Rouse Hill Learning and Community Partnership (RHL&CP) is a newly established Not-for-Profit organisation responsible for ensuring that learning is an integral part of the town centre at The New Rouse Hill and the surrounding community.
The RHL&CP is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EoI) from learning providers to lease permanent/long term space to run learning programmes right in the heart of our new, vibrant and innovative town centre. The RHL&CP is particularly interested in receiving applications from recreational learning providers such as dance, craft or martial arts schools etc. however all categories of learning providers are welcome to apply. Learning service providers will be required to meet the criteria set out in the EoI Information Pack
There are multiple opportunities for learning space within the town centre. Spaces range from (approx) 77m
2 to 400m
2. RHL&CP will consider applications for the entire space available or part thereof. Joint applications from multiple organisations are also invited.
